Sadhu here, hello.
First, I'm just a simple a man, husband & father extremely appreciative of the privilege of being alive in our undeniable circle of life here with you on Earth. For decades now, I've been helping people and organizations shift into a new paradigm of radical -individual, collective and environmental empowerment & potential serving as an International Heart Intelligence Consultant & Smart Energy Executive.​
For over 25 years, I’ve practiced, studied, and taught -meditation, conscious breathing, and heart-centered resilience across the U.S., India, and around the world. I’ve guided parents, creatives, executives, athletes, and entire communities.
I’m the creator and host of the Heart Intelligence Collective, Heart of Focus, and Listening to Our Elders — globally interconnected communities, initiatives and creative partnerships of amplifying & integrating Heart Intelligence, Indigenous Wisdom, Ecological Reverence and Artificial Intelligence.​
My understanding and life's work with others and in the field isn’t theoretical. It was forged through early trauma, global travel, deep spiritual discipline, fatherhood, and a recent near-death crucible that stripped my life down to its essence of what truly works from the inside out.

What Is Heart Intelligence?
Heart Intelligence is the natural integration of emotional clarity, whole-systems physiological regulation, and intuitive awareness that comes online when our brain and heart enter a coherent state.
It is not a belief system or a dogmatic spiritual technique — it is a measurable human state passed down through all humanity's wisdom, mirrored in every religious tradition, and now verified through modern advanced medicine, neuroscience and even psychics & quantum psychics.
